Stoneycroft Ghyll and Canyon Extreme - Keswick

Beyond the classic ghyll-scramble of Stoneycroft lies a steep and dark canyon. Most people taking on the challenge of the ghyll get out at this point to end their experience. For those seeking the ultimate adrenaline thrill, we kit up with harnesses, ropes and abseil devices and continue with a descent to explore the canyon; consisting of a series of vertical waterfalls and steep cuts in the rock. The water roars as it cascades over making abseiling down an exhilarating experience. Full instruction on abseiling is provided, as is all safety equipment.
